心の怪盗団の事件から、数年。
事件のことは、たまに話題になる程度、もはやほとんど忘れ去られていた。

その場所は、かつての怪盗団騒ぎで有名になった東京。
一人の少年が、田舎から都会へやってきた。
その少年は、かつて世界を盛り上げた怪盗団に憧れ、敬愛していた。

そんな少年は、学校の中で起動していたイセカイナビに導かれ、パレスと呼ばれるイセカイに辿り着く。
そこで少年は知る、この世界の闇を。

これは、怪盗団に憧れた少年とその仲間が、2代目怪盗団として世界を盛り上げていく話である。
