姉に勝手にアイドルオーディションへ応募させられていた水上詩緒。
オーディションは女性限定のはずだったが、よく女の子と見間違えられてしまう彼は書類審査を通ってしまい二次試験の面接へと足を運ぶことになった。
女性限定とは知らされていなかった詩緒は特に隠していなかった自らの性別を明かすと審査員も困惑する事態へと発展する。
収拾が付かなくなり、居たたまれなくなった彼はオーディションを辞退することにして、試験会場から逃げるように退席。
そもそも受ける必要のなかったオーディションを徒労のみで終え、帰宅する。
その日の夜に美城プロダクションのプロデューサーと名乗るものから連絡があり……。
