七夜黄理は、かつて軋間紅摩との死闘の末に七夜の森で終わったはずだった。だが、死んだはずの彼が目を覚ますとそこは今まで暮らしていた時代より未来の日本。七夜黄理がリリベルという秘密組織の暗殺者の中で最強になったことを契機に物語は動き出す。
少年は以前と変わらぬ暗殺者としてのあり方に迷いを持ち、とある少女は救いをもたらされたことで不殺を誓い、もう一人の少女は暗殺者であることに疑問さえ抱かず。
これは太陽と月、夜と朝、リコリスとリリベル、交わることのないモノが重なるお話。
